To Qualify for an $80 Mail-In Rebate:

Purchase a brand new Pioneer XMp3 from an Authorized Pioneer or Pioneer Premier Dealer between May 17, 2009 – August 31, 2009. NOTE: Subscription to XM Radio sold separately.
Mail the following items to the address specified below:
(a) a completed Rebate form (including Radio ID and your signature);
(b) a copy of the sales receipt for the Pioneer XMp3, which receipt must show the name and full address of the Authorized Pioneer or Pioneer Premier Dealer and must show that the purchase date was between May 17, 2009, and August 31, 2009; and
(c) the original Radio ID cut from the inside hard plastic packaging and included with sales receipt and completed Rebate form.
All Rebate documents must be postmarked by no later than September 30, 2009, to be eligible for this Rebate. Please make a copy of all Rebate documents for your records.

A valid signature and valid XMp3 Radio ID are required on Rebate form, as well as the original Radio ID cut from the inside hard plastic packaging included with the sales receipt and completed rebate form. Purchase must be for consumer use only and not for resale or commercial purposes. Rebate is restricted to two (2) rebates per person with a maximum of two (2) rebates per household. Purchases by companies and other entities are not eligible. Not available to employees of Pioneer or any Pioneer or Pioneer Premier dealers or distributors. Packaging slips, credit card authorization slips, credit card statement or shipping documents will not be accepted as proof of purchase in lieu of sales receipt. Please allow 8 weeks for processing. No responsibility is assumed by Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc., its affiliates, promotion agencies, distributors, dealers or SIRIUS XM Radio Inc., for Rebate documents not received by specified time and at specified address, regardless of reason, or for lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or delayed mail. Pioneer will not process any Rebate requests that do not meet the above requirements.
This offer cannot be combined with any other rebates or any in-store rebates or discounts. This mail-in Rebate is not valid for any purchases from the following stores (in lieu of mail-in rebates, instant rebates are to be offered at such stores at time of purchase during the time period of this Rebate): Best Buy in-store retail sales only. Offer not valid outside of the United States. Fraudulent submissions could result in prosecution under federal and state law.
